The button says "credit or debit card" but on the next page I can only insert a credit card number. Also paypal is much easier for global transfers because you don't have to insert long odd numbers and it converts the currency for you. Just use the store to get the order total for what you want, with shipping, and send the payment via paypal to 'house@crimethinc.com', and put the items requested in the order notes.
