Having just returned from 10 weeks in rural Colombia (Cauca, Choco, Bolivar, and Santander), I read with great interest the story about anarchist organizing in Bogota. It was pretty accurate and full of good information. The writing style was also very good. Just to play devils advocate, I would just say that many of the small-scale farmers and civil society groups out in the rural areas do not have the privilege that the anarchists in Bogota do. That being said, I generally found the article and the information in it seemed to be very accurate given my own experiences with human rights accompaniment work in Colombia.

I hope this doesn't come off as rude, but I think one place to start might be widening your vocabulary (or maybe giving yourself more credit!). One way to do this is reading texts with other people, so you can talk through difficult sections or ask each other questions. Or just reading more in general.

Crimethinc texts tend to be written in a simple, introductory way, especially compared to a lot of radical theory (this is not indecipherable Deleuze and Guattari type shit). The knowledge of grammar and vocabulary necessary to understand a copy of Rolling Thunder is no greater than that needed to pass a highschool english class. To put it bluntly: this is the "dumbed down" version. I think your vocabulary is probably more than sufficient to understand it.

I got my copy and it's wonderful. I really appreciate this issue's apparent focus on pro-active anarchist projects, and I loved the cover article on the swedish space. Amazing as always.

Hey CC, it was working for the online store so people had been ordering and therefore i had no idea that it wasn't working direct from the RT page—whoops! Thanks for pointing it out and it is now fixed.

Hi there!
RT six looks like an amazing issue. The article on the poll tax riots in the UK will be interesting to read. I was involved in local protests in my home town and then a couple of weeks later this riot kicked off in London and shortly after Thatcher was gone. It feels like such a long time ago.

While tring to order RT 6 the check out basket keeps showing RT 5. Is RT 6 not ready to order yet? Or is this a computer glitch?
Anyway good luck with the RT and stay naughty.
