Well, it is nice to know that YOU have sold out all the RT2 you had but WE have not. And no one is gonna buy it since RT2 is already available free on your website. But I guess that YOU do not care about other CrimethInc. cells, do you? Cooperation! Not competition!

I’m sorry you feel like we’re competing with you when it comes to RT distribution, I can assure you that is not how we feel about it. You had 10 copies sent to you in the Czech Republic on April 19th, hopefully since then you’ve sold at least half of them, and I imagine that it will not be impossible to sell the other half, even though it might take a bit longer.

In fact, there are many people who try to obtain copies of RT after it is a PDF and is no longer available directly from us–we get those email requests all the time.

Perhaps if you are really concerned about getting stuck with those copies, you should put your contact info here and people can be in touch about getting copies? It might be a good idea.

Sorry about any problems this has caused you.

Since I really am concerned about not being able to sell all the RT2 we have (about 20 copies actually) here is the info:

Rolling Thunder issue 2 is still available from IdeozloCin (the Czech Republic)

You can reach as at info@ideozlocin.cz or you can send us a message on that fukkin thing called MySp*ce - myspace.com/ideozlocin

Prices are different (=higher) because we have to pay for US international priority-mail shipping which is almost as expensive as the books or magazines we order.

Still, I am afraid that all this is kinda sci-fi for people from the US who may be interested in getting RT2. To sell a magazine which is written in English only is not very easy for us here in the Czech Republic.

Thank you all for your understanding.

Hey, I’d like to second pfm’s report about people looking for copies of the first issue of Rolling Thunder after it went out of print. I actually sent one to England a couple months ago, which isn’t any more crazy than someone in England ordering one from the Czech Republic.

My group here (we’re not part of the Salem group) still has a full box of #2, also. I’m confident that it will eventually be gone, though, and then people will still be asking about them in ten years. A physical magazine is still much better than a computer file! I think besides us and you, there must be very few left with distributors at this point. If I hear from anyone from your side of the Atlantic asking for Rolling Thunder #2, I’ll direct them to you.

Worst case scenario, next time a group with a distribution passes through your area, you can trade the magazines to them for something more current. Good luck with that and sorry to hear if this causes difficulties for you. All sorts of conflicts result from the way the internet competes with reality…

Ha, are you just trying to help me prove my point? There may be ONE extra copy available via the Rolling Thunder editorial address–PO Box 494, Chapel Hill, NC 27514. Maybe you should check with the Czech first.

We do not have any RT1 copies here. And I would not mind getting one :) RT2, RT3 and RT4 are available.

It’s not cheap to mail things to England from the US nowadays. It would probably have been cheaper if they did have them in Czech Republic–just wait patiently, VeganLove666, and people will start searching for RT2, too!

As for your quest for RT1–email rollingthunder@crimethinc.com and see if they can help.
