I knew I recognized this style somewhere. . .

A couple weeks ago I finished reading a zine called "a steampunk's guide to the apocalypse."  While at times fantastical (as civilization won't just disappear one day by itself) it nevertheless has some really great, well explained ideas in it for water purification, solar cooking, composting, and lots of other useful stuff with illustrations by the same person (apparently) who draws these comics.
